Traditional Pandoro

Wheat flour, butter 15%, eggs 19%, sugar, natural leaven [natural yeast (wheat flour, water), brewer's yeast], pasteurised whole milk, fructose, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; cocoa butter, salt, flavourings. May contain soy, mustard and nuts. Sachet of icing sugar (8% on finished product). Ingredients: sugar, wheat starch, flavourings.
Store in a dry place away from heat sources. To enjoy it at its best, keep the product in a warm place, at least one hour before serving and then sprinkle it with icing sugar.
