FIASCONARO 1953—2023 SEVENTY YEARS OF SICILIAN HIGH PASTRY
The Fiasconaro’s history is marked by a timeline that higlights the milestones of an entrepreneurial challenge that has now become a successful reality in over 60 countries around the world. Retracing the main stages of its history, the company dedicates to its 70th Anniversary the reinterpretation of the first Panettone born from the Pastry Art of the Maestro Nicola Fiasconaro, the so called “Mannetto”. It will be a leavened product with a Sicilian soul, which will result from the unique combination of Pandoro and Panettone, but will remain loyal to the Fiasconaro identity, the “Montenero”. With its dark dough given by Sicilian chocolate and lemon’s scent, it is a tribute that Mario, the third generation of pastry chefs and namesake of his grandfather, dedicates to Fiasconaro’s 70 years of history. In addition, a selection of Fiasconaro's iconic leavened products are wrapped in a special garment, creating a collection that celebrates and recalls the road travelled in these seventy years.
