Gluten-free preparation (corn starch, sugar, emulsifier: E471, vegetable fibres (Psyllium), thickener: guar gum, salt, preservative: sorbic acid), candied citrus peel 15% (orange peel, citron peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose), butter (lactose-free)*, icing sugar (sugar, corn starch), fresh whole pasteurised category A eggs, 99.9% lactose-free skimmed milk powder (lactose-free)*, natural yeast, brewer's yeast, fresh pasteurised category A egg yolk, thickener: xanthan gum, natural flavourings. ICING INGREDIENTS 15%: icing sugar (sugar, corn starch), hazelnuts 17%, almonds 17%, rice flour, dried egg white, vegetable fibres (potato, pea, plantain, flax). Garnished with granulated sugar 4% and whole almonds 1%. May contain other nuts and soya.

*Butter and skimmed milk powder present in quantities such as to guarantee a residual lactose content of less than 0.01% in the finished product. The product contains glucose and galactose as a result of the splitting of lactose.
