A flurry of sweet icing sugar, the youthful spirit and its versatility, being perfect to serve as it is or accompanying other recipes, however simple or creative.
Capolavoro Bianco enhances the genuineness of the Tre Marie method: three days of slow leavening, eight hours natural cooling, three ingredient mixes and ‘Mother’ yeast.

Wheat flour, butter 14,5%, sugar, barn egg yolk 8%, orange paste 8% (ground orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidity regulator: citric acid), natural leaven [natural yeast (wheat flour, water), brewer's yeast], whey powder, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; rice flour, salt, natural flavourings. May contain soy, mustard and nuts. Sachet of icing sugar (3,7% on finished product). Ingredients: sugar, wheat starch, natural flavourings.
Store in a dry place away from heat sources. To enjoy it at its best, keep the product in a warm place, at least one hour before serving and then sprinkle it with icing sugar.
