Gluten-free preparation (corn starch, sugar, emulsifier: E471, vegetable fibres (Psyllium), thickener: guar gum, salt, preservative: sorbic acid), water, butter (lactose-free)*, sultanas 7% (grapes 99.5%, vegetable oil 0.5%), icing sugar (sugar, corn starch), candied orange peel 5% (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose), fresh whole pasteurised category A eggs, natural yeast, brewer's yeast, 99.9% lactose-free skimmed milk powder (lactose-free)*, fresh egg yolk of pasteurised category A eggs, candied citron peel 2% (citron peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose, concentrated lemon juice), thickener: xanthan gum, natural flavours.

ICING INGREDIENTS 15%: icing sugar (sugar, corn starch), almonds 19%, hazelnuts 19%, rice flour, dried egg white, vegetable fibres (potato, pea, plantain, flax).

Garnished with 4% sugar granules and 1% whole almonds. May contain walnuts, pistachios and soy.

*Butter and skimmed milk powder present in quantities such as to guarantee a residual lactose content of less than 0.01% in the finished product. The product contains glucose and galactose as a result of the breakdown of lactose.
