Colomba Gran Galup Gluten and Lactose free with chocolate drops

Gluten-free preparation (corn starch, sugar, emulsifier: E471, vegetable fibres (Psyllium), thickener: guar gum, salt, preservative: sorbic acid), butter (lactose-free)*, icing sugar (sugar, corn starch), 9% dark chocolate drops (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin), fresh whole category A pasteurised eggs, 99.9% lactose-free skimmed milk powder (lactose-free)*, natural yeast, brewer's yeast, yolk of pasteurised category A egg yolks, thickener: xanthan gum, natural flavours. ICING INGREDIENTS 15%: icing sugar (sugar, corn starch), hazelnuts 17%, almonds 17%, rice flour, dried egg white, vegetable fibres (potato, pea, plantain, flax). Garnished with granulated sugar 4% and whole almonds 1%. May contain walnuts and pistachios.

*Butter and skimmed milk powder present in quantities such as to guarantee a residual lactose content of less than 0.01% in the finished product. The product contains glucose and galactose as a result of the splitting of lactose.
