Fiasconaro nougats are prepared according to the ancient Sicilian pastry tradition. The use of selected ingredients, almonds and pistachios, makes the taste of each nougat unique and unmistakable.

Sicilian almonds 35% (Amygdalus communis L.), sugar, cover of white chocolate (20%) (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifiers: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla flavors), Sicily honey (9.2%), glucose syrup, pistachio (Pistacia vera) (3%), egg white, manna paste (1.33%) (manna (25%), maltitol glucose-glucose syrup, caramelized sugar, natural flavors), natural flavors of vanilla. May it contain traces of gluten and soy.
