The classic Easter Colomba is an Italian cake with a soft dough, obtained by natural fermentation from sourdough and is the result of 72 hours of patient artisanal processing. The classic Colomba has a soft, well dimpled dough, enriched with candied orange peel. The surface is covered with a fragrant almond glaze and granulated sugar.
