INGREDIENTS: Wheat flour, Candied orange paste (glucose-fructose syrup, orange peels, sugar, flavouring agents), Butter, Egg yolk, Brown sugar, Natural yeast (wheat flour and water), Invert sugar syrup, Emulsifiers: mono-and di-glycerides of fatty acids E471, Sunflower lecithin E322; Cocoa butter, Skimmed milk powder, Salt, Flavouring agents.
ICING INGREDIENTS WITH HAZELNUTS: Sugar, Egg white, "Piedmont Hazelnut" 12% (corresponding to 1% of the product), Kernels, Almonds, Rice flour. DECORATION: Granulated sugar, Candied cherry.
