Whole wheat flour 20%, candied pear cubes 16% (pear 52,5%, glucose – fructose syrup, saccharose, concentrated lemon juice), Corinth raisins 11%, butter, egg yolk, cane sugar, natural mother yeast(contains wheat), Emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids of vegetable origin – sunflower lecithin, acacia honey, salt, wheat malt, vanilla natural flavors, vanilla extract from Madagascar beans.
ICING INGREDIENT 17%: Sugar, almonds 13%, egg white, hazelnuts, apricot kernels, rice flour.
